Tally Software Services (TSS) keeps your TallyPrime updated with the latest statutory changes like GST, e-Invoice, e-Way Bill and other compliance updates. In some cases, the online renewal option may not work due to network issues, license conditions or when the renewal prompt is missing.
When do you need offline TSS renewal?
- •Alt+R (Manage TSS Renewal) or F1 > Settings > License > Manage License > F9 (Renew TSS) is missing
- •Online payment/portal doesn't load
- •TSS expired and online renewal is not triggering
- •Working on a system with restricted internet access
What you need before starting:
- •TallyPrime Serial Number (Gateway of Tally > F1 (Help) > About)
- •Company details
- •Valid contact details (email/phone)
Steps to renew TSS offline:
1. Get your serial number from TallyPrime (Gateway of Tally > F1 (Help) > About).
2. Share your serial number and company details with your Tally Certified Partner - Sarvadnya Infotech LLP.
3. We will check your license status and share the renewal details/invoice.
4. After confirmation, we process the offline renewal and guide you on applying it to your TallyPrime license.
5. Once updated, your TSS validity will reflect in TallyPrime (Help > About).
Important notes:
- •TSS works on all TallyPrime licenses (Silver, Gold and Server). It is not limited to Gold.
- •Renew before expiry to get extra validity benefits wherever applicable.
- •If TSS is expired, some features like e-Invoice/e-Way Bill generation, GSTR-2A/2B download, direct GST filing and certain banking utilities may be restricted.
