- •5 star partner: the highest official partner tier before enterprise levels - deeper Tally engagement, newer-release and cloud specialisation, and more direct access to Tally's own support channels
- •Tiers above 3 star reflect Tally's ongoing engagement and certification programme; they do not automatically mean better day-to-day support, pricing or reliability
When a higher tier matters, and when it does not:
- •A 5 star credential carries more weight for complex, multi-branch enterprise deployments and firms that want maximum direct escalation paths to Tally
- •For a typical small or mid-size business, a certified 3 star partner with a strong local track record covers the same work: licensing, setup, training, TSS renewal, cloud backup and custom TDL modules
- •Check the same things at any tier: an official credential, a support SLA in writing, references from businesses your size, and renewal reminders that actually happen
How to verify the tier honestly claimed:
- •Ask to see the official Tally partner credential - the tier is printed on it
- •Cross-check on Tally's partner directory instead of trusting a website badge
- •Ask which certified staff would handle your account, and how their renewal and support process runs
- •Take two references from businesses near you - same software, same firm size
